Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are 2- or 4-channel oscilloscopes with 1GHz to 6GHz bandwidth. The series has 7-in-1 integration that combines digital channels, serial protocol analysis, built-in dual-channel waveform generator, frequency response analysis, built-in digital multimeter, and built-in 10-digit counter with totalizer. A 450.000 waveforms-per-second update rate coupled with the exclusive hardware-based zone touch trigger provides visualization power to help isolate waveforms of interest. Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 6000 X-Series Oscilloscopes can be operated hands-free with multi-language voice control.
