NCP160 LDO Voltage Regulatorsonsemi NCP160 LDO Voltage Regulators are linear regulators supplying up to 250mA output current. These LDO regulators operate with 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitors. The onsemi NCP160 regulators provide improved efficiency during light load conditions and low power dissipation at full load. Other features include low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. These regulators are ideal for power-sensitive and noise-sensitive devices, and space constraint applications. These devices are available in ultra-small 0.35P (0.65mm x 0.65mm) Chip Scale Package (CSP) and XDFN-4 0.65P (1mm x 1mm).
