Schmartboard has expanded its offering of SMT to DIP Adapters. Two of the new products allow DFN components to be used on a breadboard. SchmartBoard's family of SMT to DIP Adapters support the use of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components with breadboards. When working with the newest IC's, breadboard users often have to use a socket or search for a DIP version of the chip. Sockets can be expensive, and many times a DIP version of the new IC is not available. With SchmartBoard's patented "EZ" technology, soldering SMT components is simple, quick, and flawless. SchmartBoard is the only company with a patented solution for easily soldering of surface mount parts. Package sizes supported include SOT 23 & SC70, SOIC, and QFP & QFN.
