SFM4200 Digital Mass Flow MeterSensirion SFM4200 Digital Mass Flow Meter features high resistance against burst pressure up to 13bar and can be operated at pressures of up to 8bar. This meter accurately measures air, oxygen, and other non-corrosive gases. It measures flow rates up to 160 standard liters per minute (SLM) with a rapid signal processing time of 0.5ms. Sensirion SFM4200 Digital Mass Flow Meter is ideal for high-volume medical applications such as oxygen gas mixing in respiratory applications, where the sensor is integrated into the high-pressure side.
