The VIA packaging technology offers enhanced versatility in converter mounting and cooling. The VIA package simplifies mounting to a chassis or other external heat sinking device and provides improved thermal performance. These Vicor DC-DC converters feature efficiencies up to 93%. This series includes nominal input voltage families of 28V DC (16 to 50V IN range), 48V DC (36 to 75V IN range), 270V DC (160 to 420V IN range), and 300V DC (180 or 200 to 420V IN range), with output voltages ranging from 5 to 48V DC and at power levels up to 600W.
