ZXTR Voltage RegulatorsDiodes Incorporated ZXTR Voltage Regulators are designed for use in high-voltage applications where standard linear regulators cannot be used. This function is fully integrated into either a TO252, SOT23, SOT89, or PowerDI5 package. This minimizes the PCB area and reduces the number of components compared to a multi-chip discrete solution. Diodes Incorporated ZXTR devices are ideal for input rails, networking, telecom, and Power Over Ethernet (PoE).
