Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) ROHM Semiconductor Voltage Detectors (Reset ICs) feature a highly accurate detection voltage of ±1% with low current consumption. The detectors are housed in small, thin packages and offer a wide range of detection voltages. The ICs can be used for every application equipped with controllers like microcontrollers, CPUs, or DSPs. The ROHM voltage detector IC series offers CMOS and open drain output. The output of reset signal can be selected for the connected power supply. Default SSOP packages are pin-compatible and function-compatible so that they can be used as replacements for existing ICs. All lineups are Pb-free and meet RoHS.
