Automotive LDO Voltage Regulators & Trackers Nisshinbo Automotive LDO Voltage Regulators and Trackers achieve low supply current, high accuracy, and low noise. The series offers high noise immunity and miniaturization via CMOS analog technology and elaborate design skills. An abundant variety of LDO regulators are available for automotive, including high voltage LDO regulators that supply power directly from a 48V battery. Also available are LDO regulators with ultra-low supply current and small packages suitable for automotive accessories. The regulators correspond to a wide operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Nisshinbo Automotive LDO Voltage Regulators and Trackers include AEC-Q100-qualified variants. Nisshinbo provides highly reliable LDO regulators by manufacturing them in their own factory and cooperative factories that have passed inspections for automotive.
