NSI45 Constant Current Regulators onsemi NSI45 Constant Current Regulators are two-terminal linear constant current regulators. These regulators are simple, economical, and robust devices that provide a cost-effective solution for regulating current in LEDs. The NSI45 regulators are based on Self-Biased Transistor technology and regulate output current over a wide input voltage range. These regulators are designed with a negative temperature coefficient to protect LEDs from thermal runaway at extreme voltages and operating temperatures. The NSI45 regulators require no external components and have a high anode-cathode voltage rating that withstands surges common in automotive, industrial, and commercial signage applications.
