InRush Current Limiters EPCOS / TDK InRush Current Limiters are designed to limit the current at turn-on by high resistance when they are cold. These current limiters provide reduced power as the resistance decreases by a factor of 10 to 50. The InRush current limiters handle higher inrush current than fixed resistors and have the same power consumption. The EPCOS / TDK InRush Current Limiters current limiters are used in applications such as switch-mode power supplies and soft-start motors.
