Gate Drive TransformersICE Components Gate Drive Transformers are optimized for frequencies ranging from 10kHz to over 1MHz. The gate drive transformers feature a profile as low as 3mm, while the current sense transformers offer full selections of turns ratios. ICE Components Gate Drive and Current Sense Transformers meet UL 94V-0 requirements and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C or +130°C. These devices are ideal for gate drive transformers, AC/DC converters, DC/DC converters, pick-and-place applications, and more.
