MT48LC64M8A2P 512Mb SDRAMs Alliance Memory MT48LC64M8A2P 512Mb SDRAMs feature 64Mb x 8bits (16Mb x 8bits x 4 banks) configuration. The MT48LC64M8A2P SDRAMs are compatible with LVTTL input and output standards and comprises of a single 3.3V ±0.3V power supply. These SDRAMs feature internal and pipelined operation, self-refresh mode, and auto precharge. The read and write accesses of these SDRAMs are burst oriented. All signals are registered on the positive edge of the system clock. The MT48LC64M8A2P is available in a 54-pin TSOP type II plastic package.
