The NOR flash can also be used for frequently changing small data storage. Because of the cell structure, NOR flash is inherently more reliable than other solutions. These devices are automotive AEC-Q100 qualified with support for extended automotive temperature ranges in a variety of environmental conditions. Alliance Memory Automotive NOR Flash modules provide high-capacity storage for cluster and dashboard applications, in-car infotainment systems, power train controls, and advanced driver assistance systems.
