The attenuation may be set using either the F1956’s parallel control input or its serial control input. This Renesas evaluation board consists of a dip switch, which allows the user to set the attenuation state without off-board connections to the control inputs. The F1956 evaluation board consists of a complete hardware and software solution to digitally control the evaluation board with the USB output on a computer.
