Analog Devices AD7768 8-/4-Channel, 24-bit sigma-delta ( -∆) ADCs include an sigma-delta modulator and digital filter per channel to provide synchronized sampling of AC and DC signals. AD7768 ADCs offer a maximum 256kSPS ADC output data rate per channel. The AD7768 ADCs achieve a 108dB dynamic range up to a 110.8kHz input bandwidth. Typical performance ratings include ±2ppm integral nonlinearity (INL), ±50µV offset error, ±30ppm gain error, and 120dB total harmonic distortion (THD).
