2SP0430T SCALE-2 Gate Drivers Power Integrations 2SP0430T SCALE-2 Gate Drivers are optimized for the operation of 1200V and 1700V PrimePACK™ 3 and IGBT power modules in 2-level and 3-level NPC-1 applications. These drivers offer short-circuit protection, Dynamic Advanced Active Clamping (DA2C), ±30A peak output gate current, and 2W output power per channel at maximum ambient temperature. The 2SP0430T gate drivers feature reinforced isolation, an electrical interface with 15V logic, and built-in DC/DC power. The clearance and creepage distances between the primary and secondary sides meet the requirements for reinforced isolation. These gate drivers operate at -40°C to +85°C temperature range. Power Integrations 2SP0430T SCALE-2 Gate Drivers are suitable for wind and solar power, traction inverters, and industrial drives.
