AEC-Q101 Zener DiodesVishay AEC-Q101 Zener Diodes permit current to flow in either a forward or reverse direction, making them ideal for use in automotive applications. Vishay Automotive Electronics Council-Q101-qualified Zener Diodes are used to generate low-power stabilized supply rails from a higher voltage and to provide reference voltages for circuits, especially stabilized power supplies.
