EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced X3 Analog FamilyInfineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ Enhanced X3 Analog Family provides resistor-configurability for DESAT (adjustable filter time) and soft-off (adjustable current) through external resistors (ADJA and ADJB pin). The Infineon 1ED34xx single channel isolated drivers feature up to 9A output current and 40V maximum output supply voltage in a space-saving DSO-16 fine-pitch wide-body package with 8mm creepage. The Enhanced X3 Analog Family is certified according to UL 1577 as V Iso = 5.7kV RMS for 1 minute and VDE 0884-11 (reinforced isolation) V IORM = 1767V.
