S1x Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor S1x Surface Mount Rectifiers feature glass passivated chip junction and are ideal for automated placement. The surface mount rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability, and low profile package. These S1x surface mount rectifiers operate from 50V to 1000V reverse voltage and -55°C to 175°C temperature range. The S1x surface mount rectifiers are RoHS compliant, halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21, and meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.
