These SBR rectifiers offer low forward voltage drop and are ideal for automotive applications. The automotive SBR diodes have a lead-free finish while being qualified to AEC-Q101 standard that delivers high reliability. These SBR rectifiers are available in 1A to 30A forward current range and 500mV to 0.7V forward voltage range.
