AP7375Q Automotive Ultra-Low Drop-Out Regulator

Diodes Incorporated AP7375Q Automotive Ultra-Low Drop-Out (UDLO) Regulator is a wide input voltage range, low quiescent current device designed to provide 300mA load current. The AP7375Q offers an EN pin to enable and disable the ULDO output. The EN pin can take an input voltage up to 45V. The AP7375Q offers a very fast response against line voltage and load current transients and ensures no overshoot voltage occurs during start-up and short-circuit recovery. The device also features integrated short-circuit and thermal-shutdown protection.
