Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensors provide constant temperature accuracy, over a large measurement range. This 4th Generation sensor features ultra-low power consumption and comes in a small QFN package that measures 1.5mm x 1.5mm x 0.5mm. The fully calibrated sensor offers linearized digital output, NIST traceability, and I 2 C fast mode plus. It is reflow solderable and operational in condensing environments. Sensirion SHT4x Digital Humidity and Temperature Sensor has a 1.08V to 3.6V supply voltage range, 80nA idle current, and an operating range of 0% to 100% RH, -40°C to +125°C. Tape-and-reel packaging, combined with suitability for standard SMD assembly processes, make the SHT4x ideal for high-volume applications.
