Murata DE6 Capacitors are IEC60384-14 Class X1/Y2 certified products for automobile systems, including powertrains and safety equipment. These capacitors are AEC-Q200 qualified and meet UL/ENEC (VDE) safety standards. They offer a capacitance range of 100pF to 4700pF and a rated voltage of 300V AC. The capacitors also excel in temperature cycle resistance, guaranteeing 1000 cycles of a temperature cycle from -55°C to +125°C. They are coated with flame-retardant epoxy resin (conforming to UL94V-0 standards). Murata DE6 Class X1/Y2 Capacitors are ideal for use as Y capacitors for AC line filters and primary-secondary coupling on onboard battery chargers for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs). They are also ideal for use as filter capacitors for DC/DC converters for PHEVs, EVs, and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs).
