Silicon Labs BGM11S Blue Gecko Bluetooth SiP Modules are suitable for applications where size is a constraint. These modules are ideal for ultra-small size, reliable, high RF performance, and low-power consumption applications. The BGM11S SiP modules integrate a high-performance and ultra robust antenna which requires minimal PCB, plastic, and metal clearance. The BGM11S modules are 6.5mm x 6.5mm x 1.4mm in dimension and the total area required in a PCB is 51mm². The BGM11S SiP module integrates a Bluetooth 4.2 compliant Bluetooth stack and it can also run end-user applications onboard. These modules consist of 256kB flash memory, 32kB RAM, TX power up to 8dBm, and -90dBm RX sensitivity.
