AH33xx Hall Effect Switches
Diodes Incorporated AH33xx Hall Effect Switches are high voltage Hall Effect switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in industrial, consumer, home appliances, and personal care applications. The design has been optimized to operate over the supply range of 3.0V to 28V to support a wide range of demanding applications. Diodes Incorporated AH3376 provides a reliable solution over the whole operating range with chopper stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator to provide temperature compensated supply for internal circuits.
