650V Z-Rec Rectifier Diodes
Wolfspeed 650V Z-Rec Rectifier Diodes are Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky devices featuring zero reverse recovery current and zero reverse recovery voltage. These diodes provide fast switching with virtually no switching losses. This is accomplished by high-frequency operation and temperature-independent switching behavior. These Wolfspeed devices also offer the ability to parallel devices without thermal runaway, reducing heat sink requirements. Unipolar Z-Rec SiC Schottky Diodes can replace bipolar rectifiers and are ideal for use in switch-mode power supplies, power factor correction, and motor drives. These 650V Rectifier Diodes are offered in 12A (C3D12065) and 16A (C3D16065A) versions and come in TO-220-2 packages.
